about Name Tiles

Status
of an Order
Once processed, all orders typically take
7-14 days or so to customize my designs to
your specifications.
I generally quote a 14 day turn around, which
means your order will reach its final destination
in 14 days or less. Some times are busier
than others. I’ll let you know upon
ordering if shipping times are longer. Occasionally
I’ll surprise you by shipping well within
a week’s time.
Customization/Personalization
I’ve tried to reproduce all images and
colors on the site as accurately as possible,
but due to the inherent differences between
how colors are displayed from monitor to monitor,
the finished product may be slightly different.
Name Tiles are for indoor use only.

Confirmation
Shortly after you place an order, you will
receive an email confirming that I have received
your order. I process orders as quickly as
possible, and if I need any clarification
regarding an order I’ll contact you.
You will receive another email when your order
has shipped.
Shipping
Method
I ship all orders with the United States Postal
Service (USPS) Priority mail which normally
takes 3-5 days after leaving my studio depending
on the shipping destination. Standard shipping
rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental
United States. Extra shipping charges may
apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally
and will be handled on a per order basis.
Please allow additional time for orders placed
during busy times such as holidays.
Changes/Cancellations
All of my designs are unique. If any of the
information you have provided me with is incorrect,
please use the Contact Holly form on the Nametiles.com
website or call me at 847-602-1828 immediately!
Include your order number with the correct
information and I’ll make the necessary
changes. If you decide to cancel an order
before it's shipped out, there may be a small
fee depending on how far along I am with your
order. Please understand this is only to cover
the cost of materials used in the creation
process. **Please note that due to the unique
personalization of this item, there are NO
returns, refunds or exchanges**
Return
Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of my
items, all sales are considered final when
shipped. However, I am committed to providing
complete and total satisfaction! If an item
arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong
Name, please email me at hollyduffin@aol.com
or call me at 847-602-1828 within 3 business
days after you receive the order. Please include
your order #, name, and shipping address.
I will try to make it right! Refunds/exchanges
are given for items only, shipping charges
are not refunded. Please do not return any
items without my authorization!
