When ordering your Pet Tile, we will need to have the following:

1. A very close-up photo that is in focus and if possible without the use of a flash.  Please provide a 4x6 photo (if possible).  Please have your photo printed on photo paper.  A zeroxed copy of your picture will not be accepted. 
2. This photo should be at eye-level with your pet.
3. If more than one pet, please provide a separate photo of each pet.
4. Please indicate on the back side of the photograph the pets name as well as your name.
5. You may send a .jpg or .tif file to hollyduffin@aol.com or a photograph by snail mail to:  Pet Tiles, 601 Forest View Dr, Geneva, IL 60134. 
6. Please contact Holly for lead times.  Lead times will depend on the time of the year as well as how many portraits are before your order.  Ordering for the holiday season should be arranged well in advance...2-3 months prior.  If you have a special time requirement or date in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to complete the portrait.  Thank you.
